To qualify, you must provide a clear and complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed parcel to the damaged or defective item.

The unboxing video serves as mandatory proof for processing your return or refund request.

The request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video proof

Clear images of the product and issue

Our team will review the details and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement, based on your preference.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Refunds are applicable only within 5 days of delivery and only for eligible cases verified by our quality team.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

The issue is reported after 5 days of delivery.
