  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and COD .

4. Shipping

  • We offer Pan India shipping, with delivery typically within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, and only if supported by a valid unboxing video proof.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
