1. Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 10 business days after confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 8-10 business days, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: up to 15 to 25 business days Pan India.
During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch or delivery times may be slightly extended.
If you want standard delivery, you will have to pay Rs 599 extra.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer Pan India shipping to all major cities and towns.
Some remote or non-serviceable pin codes may experience extended delivery times or limited service.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your package through our logistics partner's website using the provided tracking ID.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact our support team immediately before opening it.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier network issues.

Refund Policy

At House of Sandhya, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Since our products are made and packed with strict quality checks, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on House of Sandhya are final.

Refunds will not be provided in any case, including but not limited to:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Delay in delivery caused by courier partners.
Color or appearance differences due to screen/display settings.
Any other reason not related to receiving a wrong or damaged product.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only if:

You receive a wrong product, or
You receive a damaged or defective product.

To be eligible for a replacement:

A continuous unboxing video must be recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
The unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without a clear and complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
You must email support@houseofsandhya.com with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the product and the issue

Our quality team will review the request within 15-25 business days. If approved, a replacement will be arranged.

3. Size Policy

Please refer to the Size Chart before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for products ordered in the wrong size.

Product measurements may vary by 1-2 inches due to the manufacturing process.

If you need help selecting the correct size, please contact our support team before placing your order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the size chart and accept this policy.

4. Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If

A replacement request will be rejected if:

The unboxing video is missing, incomplete, edited, or unclear.
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.
The claim is for an incorrect size selected by the customer.
The product does not meet personal preferences after delivery.

5. Final Policy

House of Sandhya does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only verified cases involving a wrong product or a damaged/defective product, supported by a valid unboxing video and approved by our quality team, will be eligible for a replacement only. No monetary refund will be issued.
