Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: up to 7 to 14 business days Pan India.

During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch or delivery times may be slightly extended.

1. Exchange Only (Size or Style)
If the product does not fit you or you wish to change the design, you can request an Exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Size Exchange: We will exchange the product for a different size (subject to availability).

Style Exchange: You can exchange your purchase for another item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.

Note: Returns for a refund or store credit are not accepted.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a Replacement for the same.

To process a damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and improve our services.

If a replacement is not available, only then will a refund or store credit be initiated.

3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
